Seahawks clinch berth as run reaches 5

The Seahawks have had a recent reign of success, and if they are able to continue their offensive prowess and stay true to their dominating defense, they will be a team no team wants to face in the postseason.

Collectively, that trio has become as unsafe as any receiving corps in the NFL. “I think early on in the season, it was in bits and pieces of position groups, but everybody didn’t have it. Just to see everybody generate that has been powerful to see”. I was one of Mike Pettine’s biggest proponents and I don’t believe in Ray Farmer any more than anyone else, but if Mike Pettine isn’t willing to bend, he’s going to have to get broken off at the end of the year. That’s a tribute both to Pete Carroll’s team-building skill and the players’ willingness to buy in. When I retire then maybe we’ll look back on it and see what happens, but right now I’m just focused on this season.
