Seahawks fall in ESPN Power Rankings

A win in Arizona and a solid showing by both sides can propel them closer into the top 10.

In order to build a consensus for Bleacher Report’s power rankings, each team’s ranking from individual writers was added together. The Seattle Seahawks, at 0-2, are seven spots ahead of Carolina. Yahoo Sports, has the Pack and Pats now at the top, with the Seahawks falling to No. 5.

ESPN released its weekly power rankings after week two officially wrapped up with the New York Jets win over the Indianapolis Colts on Monday Night Football.

That same ranking had the Bengals climbing all the way up to the No. 4 spot after their 24-19 win over the Chargers.

Summer is always a good time to invest in Cincinnati optimism. Each have contributed heavily thus far, with Jones’ reception of an on-target bomb from the Red Rifle being the highlight of the win over San Diego.
