Seahawks RB Lynch ‘ready’ for Panthers
Lynch has been out of the Seahawks’ lineup since November 15th, when he underwent surgery to fix an abdominal issue that had been plaguing him all season.

“I’m ready”, was Lynch’s reply via text message to ESPN’s Kenny Mayne when asked about his status for the divisional round playoff game.
As usual, Lynch has not spoken to the media at-large this week. Seattle’s top running back has rushed for 417 yards in seven games this season and has scored three touchdowns. Lynch backed off as the team was boarding a flight to Minnesota. “We want him to feel like he’s ready to go”.
Carroll said Wednesday that Lynch seems “encouraged” about his availability.
It’s certainly a more expansive indication than Lynch provided anyone else at this time last week.
“He looks good. I can’t judge each and every day, but probably one of the best days that he’s had out here today”, Bevell said. The offensive line loves to block for him, the Panthers will have to gameplan a little bit more to stop him, and it’s just more depth and talent at the running back position.
