Seahawks Wilson shines in 39 to 30 win over Steelers

Wide Receivers- Antonio Brown was blanketed by Richard Sherman, but Markus Wheaton stepped up in a big way with nine catches for 201 yards and a touchdown. It was Landry’s 2nd interception of the game and the 4th for the Steelers. “He was pretty broken up last night, and we spent a little time with him just to show him the love, because he needs it and deserves it”. At times were weren’t clicking and we had some bonehead plays.

Tight end Jimmy Graham is out for the season after suffering a torn right patellar tendon in Sunday’s win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The injury occurred with 13:36 to go in the fourth quarter, as Graham attempted to catch a pass in the right corner of the end zone.

He immediately called for trainers and was in significant discomfort on the ground – he was carted away from the field after trainers placed an air cast on his right leg.

In the aftermath of one of their wilder victories in recent seasons, there was no simple balance for the Seattle Seahawks.

“We may do some things here in the next day or so”, said Carroll. The decision to replace Cary Williams with DeShawn Shead at cornerback resulted in 10 tackles and four passes defended for Shead. Williams was benched in the second half last week and had started 81 straight games….
