Selena Gomez Is Set to Be a Mentor on ‘The Voice’

The Voice is adding a new country star to the show. Selena Gomez will join the team.

“She was surprisingly unbelievable as a mentor even though she’s so young”, their source said.

The TV singing competition is entering its ninth season on air, with Gwen Stefani, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams returning to their posts as judges in the forthcoming episodes. “She exceeded everyone’s expectations”.

Past mentors include Meghan Trainor, Stevie Nicks, Alicia Keys, and Lionel Richie.

Brad Paisley has signed on as a mentor on NBC’s The Voice this fall.
