Selena Gomez passes Justin Bieber for most-liked Instagram photo

She now has the most liked photo posted to the social media site.

Selena Gomez has garnered more likes on a recent Instagram photo than a throwback photo of her and Justin Bieber kissing in a hot tub.

The new most-lauded pic, posted two weeks ago, is a sultry snap of Selena in a red top staring directly at the camera.

A picture of her sipping from a bottle of Coca Cola using a red and white straw has now been “liked” four million times.

The heart wants what it wants – and it’s still photos of Selena Gomez.

Gomez’s BFF and fellow squad member Taylor Swift takes second place on Instagram with 85 million followers, followed by Ariana Grande with 78 million, Beyoncé with 77 million and Kim Kardashian West with 76 million.

Now, we don’t know about you but we get all kinds of excited when our Instagram likes go from a list of names to that little “11 likes” situation so we can only imagine how much her notifications are blowing up with 4 million likes.
