Selena Gomez Slams Rumors She Lip-Synced VS Fashion Show

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was a hit this year – check out some of the 2015 event’s best moments.

The singer was quick to set the record straight, however, taking to her official Instagram account to react.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia in August this year, the brunette beauty said she was definitely keen on returning to the runway for Victoria’s Secret once more.

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show airs on December 8 at 10 pm ET on CBS.

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2015 will begin airing tomorrow at 9 p.m. EST.

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is in its 20th year and will feature 47 models, 46 pairs of wings, 75 different looks across 6 segments.

For those who can’t wait for the show to start, backstage footage has already been shared on the Victoria’s Secret website. Models consisted of VS Angels like Adriana Lima, Alessandria Ambrosio, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel, Elsa Hosk, Jac Jagaciak, Jasmine Tookes, Stella Maxwell, Taylor Hill and Lily Aldridge.

The performance was not without a bit of controversy, however, as some viewers apparently thought Gomez was lip syncing on stage.

But it wasn’t the bona fide Angels that had people talking; it was two other, non-Angel new recruits – Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid.

Adding to the excitement of the evening, music stars Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding and GRAMMY Award®-nominated The Weeknd appear on the show, performing on the runway with the Victoria’s Secret Angels.

Speaking to Cosmopolitan magazine, she said: “Boys didn’t like me then, and now they’re all like, ‘Hey, I went to school with you.’ Last time I checked, nobody remembers that I went to that school”.

And lest you think it’s not on brand for Victoria’s Secret, it totally is.
