Serena Williams makes post-pregnancy Grand Slam comeback in killer bodysuit

Serena Williams just won her first professional tennis match after giving birth to her daughter Olympia, but somehow her French Open win isn’t today’s biggest Serena-related news. In fact her tennis wasn’t even the biggest talking point of the match, it was her black catsuit – which was the literal embodiment of her superhero senses.

According to the website, the line’s mission is to provide options for the ladies who do it all in order to help them feel strong, empowered, and prepared for “whatever life throws in your direction”. And in Australia I only practised week before the tournament, and then I couldn’t play.

“I had a lot of problems with those [blood clots] – I don’t know how many I have had in the past 12 months”, she said.

Williams admitted her eye-catching, figure-hugging black catsuit was inspired by the smash hit Black Panther movie but was also meant to help women with post-natal complications.
