SHAKIRA made hearts melt with a cute video of her baby son learning to kick a football.

He may only be six months old, but Shakira’s son Sasha is already following in the footsteps of his footballer father Gerard Piqué.

With the help of his mum who’s holding him under his arms, Sasha can be seen kicking a red and yellow ball off into the distance.

The 38-year-old Colombian star’s video captioned “Happy 6 months Sasha! Shak”.

The 12-second post quickly amassed over a million views on the stunner’s Facebook page, and excitement as to whether Sasha would have the same football skills as Gerard, 28.

In March 2011, she confirmed their romance on Twitter and over a year later in September 2012 they announced they were expecting their first child together.

The Waka Waka singer often shares adorable snapshots of her family, and hinted that Sasha could inherit his father’s sporting ability in February when she posted a picture of his foot pointed at a slight angle.
