Furious 7 won Favorite Movie and Favorite Action Movie.

The late actor starred alongside Vin, real name Mark Sinclair, in 5 of the 7 movies in the franchise, but tragically died after a vehicle accident in 2013, part way through filming the latest instalment. It became evident when the camera panned on Chris Hemsworth that he would be the one to win for Favorite Action Movie Star.

Other top choices this year were Kevin Hart and Taylor Swift.

Priyanka Chopra, victor of Favorite Actress in a New TV Series, sparkled inside and out, in a chrome sequin and paillettes dress from Vera Wang Collection, which she paired with metallic silver Jimmy Choo pumps.

Singer Ed Sheeran grabbed the Favorite Male Artist award, while The Weeknd won his first People’s Choice for Favorite R&B artist. However, it was Meghan Trainor’s album “Title” that was the People’s Favorite, and Justin Bieber’s song ‘What Do You Mean?’ was the biggest hit of the nominations. We want to share this award with you and we’ll keep the trophy, but in spirit, we share with you, and we are tremendously grateful.

While People’s Choice may recognise her online prowess, rapper Iggy Azalea recently complained she didn’t do enough to promote their collaboration Pretty Girls.
