SHE’S BACK! Taylor Swift Returns to Social Media Announcing New Album
After a cryptic, drip-drop, almost weeklong lead-up complete with easter-eggs – like putting “ivegotablankspace” in a website’s source code – created to stoke theorizing by superfans, Swift confirmed via social media that the album Reputation will arrive November 10, and fans should expect its first single Thursday night.
“I’m so excited, I can’t even”, she exclaimed, as the audience cheered and screamed upon hearing news that she had a new single.
Could Taylor be getting ready to give her haters the ultimate payback by releasing a hot new song? As you can see above, the cover art features a black and white photo of Swift covered in different newspaper fonts repeating her name. Welp, time to brace yourself for something brand new – Taylor Swift is doing something completely new before her next album drops, according to reports. It will mark the singer’s sixth studio album, and her first in three years. She’s releasing her first single Thursday night.
Swift is also rumored to be debuting the music video for said single at this Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards, hosted by her former friend Katy Perry. Last year, she bleached her hair platinum blonde and sported the look to the 2016 Met Gala, where she paired it with a Louis Vuitton dress and dark lip color.
Taylor Swift has just revealed a title for brand new album, called Reputation!
“How are you people still working?!?” asks one fan. “I made that b**** famous”. The singer’s last project, 1989, was released in October 2014. A month later, Swift filed her own countersuit, saying that Mueller “intentionally reached under her skirt and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission”.
