Sheriff Wants Caitlyn Jenner Charged with Vehicular Manslaughter
Caitlyn Jenner can face charges of involuntary manslaughter in connection with a February vehicle crash that killed one woman and injured seven.
“The results of the investigation is that speed was a factor, considering the existing traffic conditions”.
It can be recalled that last February, “then” Bruce Jenner was driving his was driving a Cadillac Escalade down the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu when he hit Kim Howe’s Lexus. She steered trying to avoid cars slowing at a traffic light when she rear-ended two cars, pushing one vehicle into oncoming traffic.
If Caitlyn is found to be guilty, she can face upto one year in prison, However, Jenner has no prior record which makes it unlikely that she will face any jail time.
A sheriff’s spokesman confirmed to Reuters that the department’s investigators had concluded their investigation and would submit the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney next week, but declined to say if those detectives would recommend a manslaughter charge.
Curry told The Times that Steindorff was driving on a suspended license at the time of the crash, and she could face a criminal charge. What may come into play in the determination of charges is Jenner’s experience towing a loaded trailer.

The lawsuit by Dana Redmond and William Howe does not specify how much they are seeking.
“My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this awful accident”, Jenner said in a statement a day after the accident.
She sued Jenner in June claiming property damage, lost wages and medical expenses. A phone message for Steindorff’s attorney, Brad Simon, was not immediately returned Thursday. She’s vowed to use her to celebrity platform to urge acceptance for others who are transgender.
