Siberian Husky Puppy Missing After Bronx Apartment Burglarized
New York City police say a Siberian husky puppy is missing after a Bronx apartment was burglarized.
The adorable Siberian husky named Luna was snatched up along with electronics, sneakers, and cash during the Tuesday break-in that happened around noon on Underhill Avenue in Soundview, cops said.
According to Rosendo’s wife, Nancy Torres, police said the burglars used pepper spray on the family’s other dogs and shot paintballs at them. “There was no noise around the house like usually with the dogs, it was so quiet, and when I got upstairs everything was a mess”, said Rosendo. His dogs had paint splattered on them from being hit with a paintball gun. “The money is not everything, the puppy is like a family you can not replace”, he said.
Police released an image of Luna.
