Singer’s Solo Career Already In The Works After One — Harry Styles News

Harry Styles can still rock a cheese hat like no one else in the world.

Coral has its money on Zayn Malik however (who left the group earlier this year and signed a solo deal with RCA) down as its favourite to score the first No. 1 at 2-1 odds, with Styles coming in third favourite with 7-2 odds.

Thankfully, the end of one thing could very well mean the start of something new and attractive, at least that’s what one source close to Harry Styles is telling E! In fact, working on their individual careers is purportedly the main reason why the members chose to take a break from the band. Just a couple of days after they were launched into outer space in the video for the song, “Drag Me Down”, One Direction has reportedly decided to take at least a year off to focus on solo projects.

“The guys have been together for five years, which is an incredible run for any boyband”, a source told The Sun, as quoted by Hollywood Life in a previous report. Hiatuses happen all the time, but killing the tour behind a new album before it’s even released makes this break sound less temporary and more… final.

However, the British singer and his bandmates, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne, still “envision a future together” after their break.
