‘Sister Wives’ Star Meri’s Affair Tainted With Betrayal? Robyn Schemed To
On the last day of the polygamist Brown family’s Alaska vacation, Meri opened up about the secret she’s been keeping from Kody and her sister wives.
So HollywoodLifers, should lonely Meri stick with her polygamous marriage to Kody or should she leave and look for love with a monogamous man?
The con artist even threatened to “damage” her family, we learned on Sister Wives Season 6 Episode 13, an installment devoted to the scandal. Now Kody Brown is sharing that he is sticking by Meri.
“Being in love doesn’t always do it”, Kody said in a confessional after having a heart-to-heart with the man pinning to marry his daughter.
“It was a woman who had been watching me online and I feel like I have been targeted and I feel like my family has been targeted”, Meri said, explaining that she pushed her family away after learning the truth to protect them. “I was talking to one person who really made me trust him”.
US Magazine shared what Meri Brown revealed on the show last night.
Despite Meri’s shocking admission, a source for Hollywood Life reports that the entire Brown family has come together in support for her. Robyn and Kody are even planning to name the newest addition to the family after Meri. She suffered alone with a feeling of “empty nest” when her only daughter graduated high school and prepared for college. “In a plural situation that’s not the case”, she continued. Instead, viewers watched as she admitted there was something on her mind, but refused to give details, telling them, “I’m going to be doing something but I don’t know what it is that I need to do”.
There were a few red flags for the situation though.
Meanwhile, Meri Brown’s previous tweet in October earned a lot of attention from fans as it was posted after the “catfishing” incident has been made public.
“There were times early on that I was talking to him that I knew he was just feeding me a line of bulls-t, and I chose to ignore it because I enjoyed just talking to somebody”, she added.
However, Meri didn’t act on those feelings, which is when her relationship with the Internet stranger became abusive. Meri finally found out that it was really a woman she was talking to and was not a man. She had been tricked the entire time and was never really talking to a man.
