Small plane crashes into South Lake Tahoe house
Authorities say a plane has crashed into a home in South Lake Tahoe.

News 4 has a crew en route to the crash site.
Nobody was inside the home when the crash took place.
Both the FAA and NTSB will investigate this crash. The crash brought on a brief fire that was immediately put out. Names of the victims have yet to be released. One residence had substantial scorch marks on the exterior of the building as a result of the crash. The fire was contained within a roughly half-acre of a heavily treed property.
Allen Kenitzer from the Federal Aviation Administration’s Office of Communications, tells us that the plane crashed into a home on the 1600 block of Tionontati Street.
