He has still been unable to shake the “low-energy” stigma Mr Trump put on at him this summer. It’s silly, probably offensive stuff, but it’s exactly what we’d expect out of Trump’s mouth. Other Republican candidates hardly figured in the debate, thus reflecting that all of them consider him as their main rival.
