Snoop Dogg Uhhh, Cops Say Your Equipment Really was Jacked!!!
Snoop Dogg shook up the normally staid Super Bowl team media events Thursday by appearing at sessions for both the Panthers and Broncos.
The louche rapper, real name Calvin Broadus, sashayed his way through the wowed assembled press during Peyton Manning’s last podium appearance.
Snoop Dogg donned the role of an interviewer this time.
If you recall, Manning is a Papa John’s pitchman and purchased a number of Papa John’s locations in Colorado just before the state legalized marijuana in late 2012, which did some good things for Manning’s bottom line. Manning, who was more than happy to oblige, then answered a more serious question regarding whether or not he’d be turning to his father and brother, Archie and Eli Manning, for advice this week.
“My brotha from anotha motha”, Snoop said, putting his arm around Olsen’s broad shoulders. “I love what he represents, what he stands for, and he’s such a class act for doing it”, said Snoop Dogg. I mean, we’re still at our team hotel, so it just gives you guys something else to talk about, you know? “My dad’s always been a great sounding board for me throughout my lifetime, and so I’m very grateful to have both of those guys…I feel very fortunate”.
“When the doctors say he’s 100 percent, I’ll go with it”, Rivera said.
The defensive linemen stopped interviews to take a group picture and selfies with him. “Obviously, it’s a life-changing moment in my life”. “I don’t get into comparisons”, Manning said.
Not done there, Dogg also spoke to running back Ronnie Hillman. Didn’t you see how we were interacting? What he’s been through, his competitive nature and his will to win and play to help the team, it’s just not a surprise to me.
Jared Allen was excited to see Snoop, too.
But Dogg was not done there and surprised the Panthers later on in the morning, with quarterback Cam Newton saying: ‘Snoop D-O double G!’ after spotting the rapper.
