Solar eclipse: Wear proper glasses – or risk eye damage

According to NASA, the total solar eclipse on February 26, 1979 crossed through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, and the Canadian provinces of Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. When this happens we get an eclipse! They are American Paper Optics, Baader Planetarium, Rainbow Symphony, Thousand Oak Optical and TSE 17. There are many counterfeit glasses going around right now, especially if you order them online. If not.it is not considered safe for viewing. If you’re in the dark part of that shadow, you’ll see a total eclipse.
The rarest eclipse of them all is the “total solar eclipse”.
Outside of the brief totality you’ll be seeing a partial eclipse and that’s when NASA says you must be wearing your safety glasses. “It needs a special certified solar filter at the front of it”.
With that said, here are a few tips to prepare you for the big event! “It can cause permanent blindness”.
