Son of Timothy Madden Arrested
Scottsville police charged Bradley Madden with 16 counts of intimidating a participant in a legal process and 16 counts of third-degree terroristic threatening, according to the release.
According to the local jail in Scottsville, the younger Madden was being questioned by Scottsville police on Tuesday afternoon. His father remains in the Barren County Detention Center under a one-million-dollar bond.
His father, Timothy Madden, on Monday pleaded not guilty to charges connected to the death of Gabbi Doolin, the daughter of a Madden family friend. He was arrested Monday night on a warrant from Scottsville police.
The judge entered a not guilty plea for Madden and said his case was eligible for the death penalty. About 25 minutes after her mom reported her missing, her tiny body was found in a creek behind the campus.
Bradley Madden, 20, allegedly warned Scottsville, Kentucky, police that he was “coming for you” – among the private messages he sent to the department’s Facebook page, Scottsville Police Chief Jeff Pearson said Tuesday. A preliminary hearing was set for December 2.
Madden went to school with Gabriella’s father, Brian Doolin.
The child disappeared during a youth football game she was attending at Allen County-Scottsville High School on November 14 to cheer on her brother.
Manual strangulation and drowning were listed as the cause of death, and an autopsy indicated Gabbi was raped and sodomized, according to police records.
And on Monday night, Bradley posted a status update, writing: ‘I want to apologize for what I said.
Madden’s mother-in-law, Linda King, said Monday that Madden was shooting a video of the game and that as the father of five children – who range in age from 4 months to 20 years old – there is no way he could have hurt someone else’s child.
Madden, who was arrested on Friday by Kentucky State Police, has maintained his innocence.
“I’m sorry for their loss”.
