Sony Play summer series includes Journey, Galak-Z, more
The first of the four titles to be released is “Journey“, a critically-acclaimed game that takes players across a dynamic yet handsome landscape simply waiting to be explored.
As the trailer below showcases, there are 2,360 levels crafted, including their own unique traps and challenges.
It’s mad, but there is some scheme to the game’s pricing.
Before the end of July, parkour ninja’s will be coming to the PS4 to bring us the best version of N to date.
Boasting 2,360 levels, Metanet Software has announced thatN++ is releasing for the PlayStation 4 on July 28 in North America and July 29 in Europe.
‘N++’ will also launch with levels made during the game’s recent PS4 beta. All these games are available for pre-order on PlayStation Store. A loving homage to 70s anime and arcade shooters, Galak-Z will feature procedurally-generated cosmos, advanced AI and a “resource-based, progressive weapons system”. Shockingly smart enemies work together and track your every move as you hone your skills to pilot your ship in zero gravity.
17-bit’s Galak-Z: The Dimensional is the next featured PLAY release, debuting on August 4.
Last up is “Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture“, a game that explores what happens when people make certain choices ahead of world-changing events.
The annual PLAY event is a summertime treat offered by Sony to PlayStation owners. All three titles will be $19.99 regular price and $15.99 if you pre-order with PS+.
