Star Wars 1313 Being Looked at, Could Possibly Be Revived
During their chat Underworld, which had first been announced at Star Wars Celebration III in 2005, came up, and surprisingly Kennedy not only revealed that it’s something they’re still looking at, but she also tagged on 1313 as something they haven’t completely abandoned as well.
“We’ve got some big Star Wars enthusiasts, which was really useful to kind of pool their knowledge”, said Ashley Siebert, a designer at Dimensional Innovations.
Kabam also told AppTrigger that new alien races from The Force Awakens who were established as players during the game’s time frame will also make an appearance, so the update promises to be the best of both old and new Star Wars elements.
No. No, interestingly enough, thats an area we’ve spent a lot of time, reading through the material that [George Luicas] developed is something we very much would like to explore. Lucasfilm “definitely wants to” develop 1313 and Underworld further, potentially even bringing the live-action television series and game to life. “And there was 1313 the game”, she said, before being interrupted by the interviewer stating that the game looking wonderful. So what does all of this mean? And considering they already have a relationship with Netflix through the Marvel shows, Netflix would be a good landing spot for a more serious Star Wars project. Now the Star Wars Anthology: Han Solo Movie will be the second spinoff, with Phil Lord and Chris Miller at the helm, and a May 25, 2018 release date in place.
