Star Wars Battlefront Paris Games Week 2015 trailer
The site is claiming sources close to the production of the new Marvel effort have confirmed the first trailer will be debuting before Star Wars Episode VII The Force Awakens.
The most prominent thing that I noticed in the trailer is that the game looks absolutely stunning, featuring a range of detailed maps and characters.
JJ Abrams is one of the most respected directors of our generation. Stephen Colbert has watched the trailer and he now knows the entire plot of The Force Awakens.
While there’s not much there in terms of the new characters’ combat abilities, we do get a glimpse at a few of the ridiculous match-ups that’ll occur during the average online battle, including one sublimely silly face off between Darth Vader and Han Solo. It’s probably just a quick cameo appearance, but perhaps a fun one for fans.
Disney/Pixar’s “Inside Out” released a clip of the film’s stars watching the new trailer through the lens of protagonist, Riley, and they all reacted just as we did – with screaming, falling down, and overall excitement. Here’s what Abrams had to say.
Starring Boyega as Finn, Daisy Ridley as Rey, Oscar Isaac as Poe Dameron, Adam Driver as Kylo Ren, Lupita Nyong’o as Maz Katana, Gwendoline Christie as Captain Phasma, and Harrison Ford as Han Solo, Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia, and Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives in theaters on December 18. Boba Fett is shown nearly falling into the Sarlacc Pit, home to an alien that eats people and slowly digests them over thousands of years, before activating his jet pack and flying over it. This has led many to speculate that Skywalker has joined the Dark Side. Abrams had this to say.
“These are good questions to be asking”, Abrams told the AP when asked why Luke has yet to be seen.
