“Star Wars” Fan Changes His Name To Darth Vader!
A 43-year-old NY man legally changed his name to Darth Vader last year, reports The Democrat and Chronicle of Rochester.
Harbaugh, interviewed by Brad Galli for a weekly WXYZ-TV segment on Monday, praised the Star Wars villain, the late Darth Vader.
Perhaps shining a light on his psychology, Harbaugh said, “I love Darth Vader. I wanted a separation from my self and my past”. He also says he was diagnosed with leukemia in 2002 and is raising money for a bone marrow transplant. He is now on the Bone Marrow Transplant list at Seattle’s VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Washington state.
So far, he has competed in 45 obstacle courses in the Tough Mudder races and is aiming to reach more than 50 by next summer.

The force was strong as Omar Gonzalez donned a Darth Vader costume to confirm his move from LA Galaxy (far, far away – obviously) to the Liga MX side.
A GoFundMe page was set up to help with medical bills, and has racked up more than $15,000.
Tight end Jake Butt and cornerback Jourdan Lewis are All-Americans, and Harbaugh said he wanted them to get their photographs taken wearing the Block M sweater so they could be hung on the wall at Schembechler Hall. “I don’t mind, but ask me in a few years”.
