‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Makes Record-Breaking Ticket Sales in Russian Federation

Hollywood is preparing for one of the biggest movie premieres in its history when Star Wars: The Force Awakens is screened in three separate cinemas tonight.

Ever since the first Star Wars film began its journey in 1977 at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard, LA has had a special relationship with Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker.

With just five days until the worldwide premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, loads of leaked photos and information from the film is beginning to make its way onto the vast sinkhole that is the internet. There is also no escaping The Force in grocery stores, cosmetic shops, restaurants, ice cream stands – and just about anywhere else.
Asked about the project and who he thought should be cast, Ford said: “I don’t think it’s about being like me, it’s about us being like Han Solo”.
“Finally, we will be able to exhale”, the 40-something said.
So even though, Star Wars: The Force Awakens is yet to hit theaters of the world 18th December onwards, fans can agree that most facts have already be determined about this episode.
He will be accompanied for the back-to-back screenings by his mother and his wife, also avid fans.
F ans are already camping outside to ensure they do not miss the hottest ticket in town. My only concession is that just because it was for sale for that price doesn’t mean someone would pay that much for it.
If Abrams and co-writer Lawrence Kasdan have done their jobs well (and I’m betting they have), you won’t have to have any prior “Star Wars” knowledge to enjoy their film.
