‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Trailer Features New Villain Kylo Ren

It’s not a full trailer, but a new minute long TV extended spot has arrived that shows off some really great bits of new material. Take a look at the trailer below…

Disney has released yet another teaser trailer for the highly anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and this one is all about the bad guys. People was one of the first sources to report on this new and Must See trailer from the upcoming Star Wars movie, which will hit theaters in the United States on December 18.

This appearance seemed to be equal to the mysterious villain and Kylo Ren, played by Adam Driver. “Have you felt it?” That said, The Force Awakens’ PG-13 is evidence the Disney Star Wars movies won’t be afraid to go dark or violent if they have to, which is a promising sign. The trailer opens with images of Kylo Ren in a space ship and there is a voiceover with both Andy Serkis’ voice and Kylo Ren’s.

“Even you have never faced such a test. It is time”, continues Snoke. We also get treated to more shots of Captain Phasma (Gwendolyn Christie underneath the badass brass Stormtrooper armor), and Han Solo still being an action hero after all those years.

Set to the famous Imperial March tune, the clip features the familiar faces of Han Solo and Chewbacca as well as new leads Rey and Finn.
