Disney is also planning to create a Star Wars area in its amusement parks and this should attract additional traffic to its parks thus increasing revenues. “So, how you bring a new villain into that world is a very tricky thing”, Abrams said at a post-screening Q&A for Episode VII at the Writers Guild of America. Later, you may feel the movie gets too rich in Luke and Leia-era artifacts, though.

“I’m not a huge fan of directors’ cuts and modifications to a movie”, he said. “But when I see them on toys and on T-shirts, they’re really, really creepy, so now I’m, like, changing my mind”.
