This is of course atrocious, but that’s kind of the point: The idea that women should need this kind of marketing in order to care about Star Wars is laughable.

The experience will launch on 2 December, according to Wareable.
And though he’s about to star in the big-budget blockbuster that is Star Wars, Boyega will continue his work in independent film – he got his start in 2011’s Attack the Block. Through a partnership with Omaze, fans that donate $10 or more can enter the contest to win, with the proceeds going to 15 different charities chosen by the cast and filmmakers. He has also mentioned that he and director J.J. Adams have been talking about how people will react to it.
