Steelers coach pulls Bengals S Reggie Nelson by his dreads

Bengals S Reggie Nelson exited the Wild Card game against the Steelers with an ankle injury.

Nelson was part of a group of Bengals that chased Steelers running back Jordan Todman out of bounds, deep into the Steelers bench, where Nelson collided with Munchak. He finished the play and even got Ben Roethlisberger for a sack, but Nelson was in obvious pain.

The last game between these two teams resulted in almost $140,000 worth of fines, including $70,000 to Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict alone. Though it appeared that Nelson shoved Munchak, too, only one penalty was handed out.

According to CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora, Munchak is facing a “significant fine” for the physical exchange with Nelson.

Munchak was flagged on the play, which occurred in the second quarter.
