Step into another creepy spaceship in first-person survival-horror game, Syndrome
We are all excited with the development of this great survival horror game. Players find themselves on a seemingly deserted space ship, the crew of which have either been killed or “changed”. Syndrome begins with you waking up from a long period of cryosleep only to discover that most of your crew is dead, and the few that aren’t have turned into monsters.
That means players have to choose when to run and when to fight. To survive and uncover the events that took place while you were asleep, you can’t always face your enemies head on; sometimes hiding and breathing as noiselessly as possible is your best course of action. “Take note – each misstep could be deadly”.
Featuring claustrophobic environments full of physical and psychological threats, enemies which react to the slightest sound, Syndrome forces you to think about every move you make, to ensure your survival.
The developers claim that Syndrome will revisit the roots of its genre. Interested players can also help greenlight the game on Steam. Players will also have the opportunity to experience total immersion in the bowels of Syndrome in virtual reality on the Oculus Rift.
Syndrome will be lurking onto PC, Mac, PS4, and Xbox One in the second half of next year.
