Steph Curry and family make charming appearance on Jimmy Kimmel
The world is yours, Steph.
Stephen Curry may be the National Basketball Association MVP, but it sounds like he needs to work on his golf game. He’d be crickets, just silent, looking at you like ‘all right, you going to mark your putt? “Basically it would be a 4-foot putt and in friendly games you’re not really playing for money or betting or anything, usually it’s a gimme. Alright you’re going to make that?’ Put the pressure on you, that type of deal”, he told Kimmel. It comes with a lot of neat perks, including playing golf with President Obama. It was the father-son combo versus Obama and Allen, and Curry said the president did everything in his power to psyche out his opponents. “He’d talk about “Oh, you’re shaking” that kind of stuff”.
Steph joked about being unable to relax because there were 25 secret service agents at every hole. “Snipers everywhere”. He needed a bus for all the people he brought to the course to meet the president. I laughed out loud at that part.
For the record, the Currys lost to Team Obama-Allen and Steph took the blame. “But hopefully there’s a rematch”, he said.
