Steven Avery’s lawyer Kathleen Zellner says new forensic evidence will prove innocence
Earl Avery – gave his first interview to Access Hollywood where he provides shocking new evidence as to why the Making A Murderer star did NOT kill Teresa Halbach. But observations aside, a very troubling aspect of the case is that according to The Daily Beast, in 1995 Steven Avery alleged in a court filing that Earl Avery was charged with sexually assaulting his two daughters.
Earl also pointed out some observations that may have bearing on his brother’s conviction: First, he says that on the night Halbach went missing, he drove by the spot where her vehicle would later be found, but it wasn’t there.
Steven Avery has another family member in his corner, who says Steven has apologized for ever naming him as a suspect.

“If somebody’s gonna slice somebody’s throat, you know, there’s gonna be blood – something”, Earl told AH’s Stephanie Bauer. He was convicted of first-degree intentional homicide in March 2007 and sentenced to life behind bars. And they say they cleaned up in the garage, but there’s all dust and everything all over everything.
Just when we thought we were out of thinking about Making a Murderer, they pull us back in. According to Earl, Steven said that lawyers pressured him to name his brothers during the trial but, “I guess blood is blood and you can’t change that”.
