‘Still Alice’ Star Cast Have Praises For Each Other
The star cast of ‘Still Alice’, Kristen Stewart and Julianne Moore were seen heading together for the AFI Fest for year 2014 so as to attend their together movie’s premier on 12th November.
The movie is supposed to be released on 16th January, in coming year. Other stars playing roles include Alec Baldwin as well as Kate Bosworth. The movie is about a woman named Alice Howland who is mother of three children. She is a well-known linguistic professor. At some point Alice starts forgetting words which leads to the diagnosis of the scariest disease. After the diagnosis, the family goes into turmoil where their relationship with each other gets tested.
In the movie Stewart plays role of the daughter of Alzheimer patient. For Stewart it is really important to find connection with her co-star. She accepts that it does not happen many times. But in ‘Still Alice’, Stewart feels very much connected with Moore. According to her the story of the movie is powerful at the same time scary and because she had Moore working with her, she dared to get into the project.
Her on-screen mother Moore talked positively about Stewart. Moore said, “I couldn’t love her more. She’s such a wonderful actress and she’s so emotional, so full of feeling. She really has it at her fingertips, and I just love her. I love her to death.”
But this has not come just for the sake of it. As part of homework Stewart was involved in the research done for the project. She even spent some time with old Alzheimer’s patient who is suffering from severe dementia. She said, “She was quite old, so it made sense that she wasn’t fully with me. But I knew, for a second, that she had been dropped into her body, and I was like, ‘oh my God, this is rare, and this is very brief.’ I really held on to those few seconds, and I really appreciated it”
