Sting breaks silence on WWE injury

A masked Kane returned at Night of Champions to deliver a Chokeslam and a Tombstone Piledriver to Seth Rollins. And Corporate Kane is pretending that he doesn’t know Demon Kane exists. We all anticipated Kane returning to seek revenge on Rollins, but whether or not Seth was champ when it happened was up in the air. However, Rollins reversed the move and slammed Sting into the turnbuckle. And like most fans I hope he still has at least a few more matches in him.

Rollins is recovering in the ring as the referee checks on him and we hear the crows. The trainer had to come into the ring at some point to make sure Sting could continue, and Sting waved him off. While Rollins eventually won by countering the Scorpion Deathlock into a rollup, Sting was more impressive than anyone really thought he was capable of. Sting is one of the greatest wrestlers in history, and you just have to admire the fact that he finished the match even though he is in apparent pain.

“First time was like a whiplash”, Sting said.

However the stinger isn’t the only one who suffered this fate in the ring. Paige tells Charlotte that Nikki is going to win back the title and there never was a “Divas Revolution”.
