Kim has been really vocal about her tough pregnancy this time around, announcing last week that the baby was in breech which resulted in Kim having a painful procedure to turn the baby the right way around.

But apparently, during the Thanksgiving weekend holiday, Kardashian was able to have an external cephalic version which turned the baby into a head-down position, something she talked about on her blog in December 1.

Over the next few days, KUWTK fans can expect Kim and Kanye to confirm the rumors that they named their son Easton Robert – or something completely unexpected.
