Stranger Things 2 is Prepared for Halloween

And with the highly-anticipated show ending on Eleven appearing to sacrifice herself to the Demogorgon to save her friends last season, fans have been dying to know what’s to happen next. And from the look of things, it’s going to be as action-packed and exciting as ever.

There’s no sign of Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder), Nancy Wheeler (Natalia Dyer), and Jonathan Byers (Charlie Heaton) in the teaser, but are expected to return.

After the incredible success of the first season, Netflix commissioned a second season. Now what’s even more interesting is that Netflix hints at season premiere this September.

For Stranger Things Season 2, co-creator Matt Duffer told Entertainment Weekly: “In season 1, Will is in danger”. Paul Reiser (“Aliens”) will also be in season 2 as Dr. Owens of the Department of Energy.

Fans on Twitter started playing around with the numbers and noticed that if you subtract 58 from 67, 42 from 50 and 13 from 30, you’re left with 9 / 8 / 17. 42 and 50, again when subtracted, reveals the number 8. Harbour said, though, that although the death of Barb will be touched on briefly in season 2 of “Stranger Things”, she is not coming back.

The very first season of “Stranger Things” immediately created an impact after 35 days of its airing. This comes as no surprise given the show’s massive success.

Within 16 days of becoming available on the streaming platform, 8.2 million people had reportedly watched “Stranger Things”, according to estimates by Symphony Advanced Media.
