Strictly favourite Peter Andre must ”up game” to win prestigious show says

A Strictly insider said: “Peter practically lives in the make-up room and wears a huge amount for a man”.

Peter Andre’s wife Emily MacDonagh is confident their relationship will survive his stint on Strictly Come Dancing.

The Aussie singer has asked make-up artists to “pile on the concealer, highlighters and bronzer” and always asks them if they “can give him cheekbones”.

The show sources went on to claim that it’s behaviour like this that has seen Peter dubbed “the vainest celebrity in the show’s history”.

‘He’s just as fussy with his hair and spends ages getting it right’.

Peter himself said the judges had been “fair and kind” and he had nothing to complain about – not least when their combined 30 points saw him heading the leader board for the second week running.

With one show done, Peter is already an early favourite to win the competition – and after he topped the leaderboard with his first dance, you wouldn’t bet against him! “He’s obsessed with his weight”.

He told the newspaper: “I do spend time with the make-up team but I’m in there telling bad jokes constantly”.

Speaking to The Mirror at the Pride of Britain Awards, she said: “I think if you are someone who is going to have an affair it would be part of your personality and you would do it regardless”.
