Strictly Stars Aljaz Skorjanec and Janette Manrara Are Engaged

The professional dancers appeared to be in a resturant in London when they announced the big news.

Professional dancers Aljaz Skornajec and Janette Manrara have announced that they are getting married.

Aljaz echoed her Twitter announcement, writing: ‘She said “YES”!’

Holiding up a dessert plate that said “congratulations”, the happy couple beamed from ear to ear as they showed of Janette’s sparkle.

Unfortunately for Janette, she was eliminated in Week 4 with her partner, fashion designer Julien Macdonald.

Last year’s Strictly saw Aljaz partnered with Alison Hammond, while Janette paired up with Jake Wood and just missed out on a spot in the final.

There’s another Strictly Come Dancing Wedding on the horizon!

Meanwhile, Aljaz is a 19-time national champion in Ballroom, Latin and Ten Dance.

This isn’t the first time a Strictly star has caught Janette’s eye, as she previously enjoyed flings with Pasha Kovalev and Artem Chigvintsev.

“Plus, Alijas and I are so in love that it doesn’t even really apply to us”.

Following their announcement, a host of Strictly pros and former contestants tweeted their congratulations.

Their engagement comes just weeks after fellow dancers Kevin Clifton and Karen Hauer tied the knot.
