Student charged in separate school shooting threat
Wellington school officials said a note was found in a boys’ restroom during the lunch hour and it had a threat of a bomb in the building.
According to police, a male student originally brought Sour Patch Kids to school to share with friends on March 7.
Parents of students at Bradford High School were notified Thursday evening that there had been a verbal threat that was reported to school officials.
“While school staff and police coordinated contacting family members out-of-state, the student was transported to a local area hospital for evaluation and treatment”, police said.
