Super Mario Maker patch 1.10 released
Would you like to see the angry sun (or any other Mario enemy) released as add-on content, or would you rather see Nintendo release a more substantial piece of DLC for the game? We have a new one today, and it comes from a Mario level maker made famous before Super Mario Maker.
Super Mario Maker has been generating a lot of buzz over the last couple weeks, for very good reason, and continues to grow even more. Nobody is begging for Rock Star to bring Grand Theft Auto back to its top-down late ’90s origins, after all. But with Super Mario Maker, the actual creation of the levels is at least half of the fun.
If that is still not enough, Nintendo will also be holding many events including a special premiere screening of the YO-KAI WATCH anime on Friday, Saturday and Sunday before the show floor opens and a Super Smash Bros. amiibo partner battles competition. Nevertheless, you should go and download the patch.
Everything has to be timed PERFECTLY – or else you’re screwed. The only catch is that you need to complete the level yourself before it can be uploaded and shared with the world. You can also try 10 Mario Challenge, which includes in-house course designs and serves as a further reminder of just how hard it is to build a Nintendo game as well as Nintendo, and why the company still matters so much to so many 30 years later.
