Super Mario Runs to Android (Sometime) in March

Once December 15th arrives you will be able to play Super Mario Run on a friend’s iPhone instead of waiting for the Android Super Mario Run release date to arrive sometime in 2017.

Do you want Super Mario Run, but do not have an iOS device? Android users aren’t getting left behind, they just need to be more patient.

Super Mario Run was launched alongside the iPhone 7 in September past year.

The Super Mario Run Android release date is set for March 2017.

Nintendo also announced that its next mobile game, Fire Emblem: Heroes, will release on 2 February for iOS and Android.

Unlike the one-off payment for Super Mario Run, Fire Emblem will follow the popular “freemium” model. He further said, “Unlike our dedicated game devices, the game is not releasing in a limited number of countries”.

“Super Mario Run” is similar to many other running games with all of the trappings of a normal “Mario” game.

Android users rejoice! Nintendo is finally launching a Super Mario Run version for Android in the month of March. And the initial download size was just the tip of the ice berg; the game downloads data as you progress. Relax, you will not have to wait much longer to play it, because it will come to Android before the end of March. While porting Super Mario Run from iOS to Android could result in certain problems, it should not be that hard to do so as the game is not needed to be rebuilt from scratch for the Android version.

The iOS game is available as a free download from the App Store but only lets players go through a few levels. Users won’t have to pay to download and play the game, but can make repeated in-app purchases to access more features.
