Supreme Court Justice Kennedy to speak in San Diego

Our Constitution’s 14th Amendment contains the Equal Protection Clause, requiring the government to apply laws equally to all persons. “The district courts shall have original jurisdiction of actions to enjoin violations of this section”.

It is clear that the five justices voting in the majority have an agenda to radically change the United States and they refuse to let the Constitution stand in the way.
