Suspect in Hollywood stabbing booked on suspicion of attempted murder

The injured man, reportedly a tourist whose name was not immediately released, was taken to a hospital in stable condition.

City prosecutors say in late August, Sheldon’s drone interfered with an LAPD helicopter that was hovering over a neighborhood searching for a man suspected of assault with a deadly weapon.

The incident is now under investigation and officers are working on identifying the attacker, who was only described as a male.

The officers alerted the LAPD and detained the slasher until police arrived to take him in, cops said.

“This victim was here with his family just walking in the area when this guy jumped out for no reason”, he said.

Police have been interviewing a slew of witnesses who noticed the stabbing and amassing in depth surveillance video, Smith stated.

“Everyone started running to the windows”.

“(The victim) kept looking at his hand and putting it to his neck”, Brown said. There was blood squirting out between his fingers. When the attacker looked at the man’s wife, a confrontation occurred, leading to the stabbing, witnesses said. The man who was stabbed was capable of stand, she stated.

“My partner said, ‘Hey, Al, he’s got a knife, ‘” Ramos said.

“We are extremely happy and grateful that these detectives were not only there but took heroic action to catch this perpetrator and take him into custody”, Smith said.
