Well it’s official: Warner Bros. have shut down Hall H this evening after unleashing a staggering new trailer for the eagerly-awaited superhero epic Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Affleck told a story about meeting his predecessor in the cowl, Christian Bale, in a costume shop in L.A., where they were both buying costumes with their kids.

But the event has already placed Superman on Bruce Wayne’s radar, who brings Batman seemingly out of retirement to handle this new threat. And after it films this fall, Affleck may go on to a standalone Batman film, which he would direct and star in, in addition to penning...
