On top of that, an update by Adobe’s Security Bulletin team has revealed that the previous Flash Player update exploit can actually allow hackers to take control of your computer.

But the nail in the coffin so to speak is that Adobe itself stopped any development for Flash Player for mobiles because it just doesn’t match up to HTML5.

These vulnerabilities were added to exploit kits that cyber thieves use when they design campaigns seeking to take over computers. However, it is still widely used for both multimedia and interactive elements.

Adobe has acknowledged that the flaw exists, marking it as a “critical” vulnerability.

These have included exploits for jailbroken iPhones, Android tablets and smartphones and a previously undiscovered Adobe Flash vulnerability. What is this bug?

The security research firm gave whoever needed it detailed information on how the bug could be escalated into full control of the affected system.

The recent hack on the Italian software surveillance firm Hacking Team was partially done through a vulnerability in Flash, and now Adobe is working in fifth gear, trying to release a fix as soon as possible.
