Buying Business Travel: Amadeus acquires Navitaire from Accenture for $830m
Spanish trip technologies service provider Amadeus (Fakat.MC) put it would probably buy Navitaire, a division of Accenture Plc (ACN.N), for usd830 million, to totally focus primarily on singular service providers for flight tourists.
