Philadelphia mayor helps restrain, calm erratic homeless man
In an attempt to have his voice heard, yesterday a clearly agitated 56-year-old homeless man named George Creamer approached Mayor Nutter as he was talking with some of his staff members outside of the Municipal Services Center and a slight scuffle ensued.
