With two wins from first two league games, Manchester United have started the new season on a bright note.

Montero has been in superb form in the opening two matches of the season, giving Chelsea full-back Branislav Ivanovic a torrid time in a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge and impressing again in the 2-0 victory over Newcastle in which his marker Daryl Janmaat was sent off for some rash...

Now, it’s easy to look at these too games and say that the weak link is Newcastle’s defense, Janmaat and Coloccini have been particularly poor, but from what I’ve seen where Newcastle really need to strengthen is up front.

With Montero putting in decent balls into the box, Ayew is fully expected to score and I am sure he would want to continue his goalscoring form against Newcastle.
