Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif. and potential future speaker of the House) stunningly admitted to Sean Hannity on Fox News that the real point of the House Benghazi investigation is to harm Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

The same House conservatives who not so quietly helped push out Speaker John Boehner have been tight-lipped about whom they want to replace him.

A native of Bakersfield, Ca., McCarthy, 50, was first elected to Congress in 2006 and elected majority leader in 2014.
