Kourtney Kardashian took her daughter Penelope Disick to Disneyland on her third birthday on Wednesday, July 8.

The outing comes just a day after it was announced that Kourtney had split from partner of nine years Scott Disick after photos surfaced of him partying in St. Tropez with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli.

In addition to the reports, the oldest Kardashian sister kicked out Disick from their home and is talking to her lawyers to get full custody of Mason, Penelope and Reign. She has since responded on social media, giving out a subtle warning to both Disick and Bartoli.

But now there was photographic and video evidence of Disick cozying up to ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in France, along with strong rumors of him drinking and partying while away from his family.

What exactly came to happen between Scott and Chloe Bartoli has yet to necessarily be understood with suggestions that the pair may have a thing going on?

After all, the Kardashians are known for their careful handling of their images, and we doubt Kris Jenner would be ok with her daughter being portrayed as a woman who gets cheated on constantly.
